A happy customer leaves without saying a word. A Google review only takes a few seconds, as long as they do not have to look for your business. That is what an NFC plate or a QR code is for.
The problem: too many steps
To leave a review, people open Google Maps, search for your name, find the right place and then write. Some give up at each step.
The solution: a direct link
Google offers a direct link to your business’s review form. With an NFC plate the customer holds their phone to it and the form opens. With a QR code they scan it. Either way, all that is left is to rate and write.
